Sounds like Barca have a real problem. Gingerwig tweeted, and I think he was right, that the sole intent of the 115 was to stop City's transfer momentum and put the club in a holding pattern. It worked unfortunately.
Yeah that is fair summation. I've only based my opinion on what I've seen that City have made their moves irrespective of those charges but that's a fair point. The sooner it's over the better.

As for a fit... he's a bad fit for City. Pep likes small squads and for that to work it requires reliable players who can play in multiple positions. He can play midfield and on the wing, but... 1/
