Dumb & Dumber! President Trump declares that the USA would help Japan in a war, would Japan help the USA? Err..there was this little thing called WW2. When Japan surrendered, part of the treaty was that Japans defence forces couldnt ever go to war, only to defend thier country, in thier country!!!
