what if i dont got the spoons to do that? what if im a local marginalized person in need :[. sure i can get laundry soap and food boxes but how do i support the community.

Our community has several groups that provide food for those in need. They always need helpers to assist in unloading, organizing products & helping on distributing when folks come to pickup.
Same thing at our shelters Pet Food pantry. Each community is different. Nice to build those relationships.

thats my issue in my community, they dont have much of that and what they do have i cant do either do to having to get up too early, lifting heavy things, or being around a bunch of people

Well, another need I see is some don't really get outreach & social media. Maybe you could assist an 'elder' and promote their mission, dates, times, etc. It's all going to be specific to the organization. Study & find your skill.

If you’re not sure how you can help, but you’ve ever held an admin job, check with your local LegalAid office to see if they need volunteers to help people fill out forms, no bar exam needed. ♥️ This opens time for the overwhelmed legal teams to focus on active cases.
