It seems to me that a lot of folks are misreading the 9-0 SCOTUS decision.

Nowhere does it actually order the government to bring back Kilmar Albrego Garcia from El Salvador.

Now, that is clearly a reasonable layman's interpretation but it was not written by or for reasonable laymen.
