For Christ's sake, be realistic. Federal judges cannot ban ICE agents from courthouses where the ICE agents have business. It is just a lousy situation that has to be resolved at the next election. Or not, if we do not get serious about getting candidates who can get 51% of the vote.

If not banned outright, judges could certainly impose restrictions on their behavior within the courthouses. No masks, for one.

I practiced criminal law for 45 years.I have never seen law enforcement act like this.You have to give judges some time and slack to figure out how to respond to all this.I think they will figure it out. I have seen judges patiently put up with a lot of crap and we were rewarded by their patience.

That’s fair. I just hope they don’t take too much time. We are in a Constitutional crisis when they are arresting or roughing up mayors, Congresswomen, and Senators.
