The gas generators, they can charge what they want for what they produce and it sets the price for all generation, we're being royally shafted by them.

Yep - you get an email a month or so in advance of you contract ending - with a choice to either opt back to Agile, or do nothing and move onto Flexible.

I’ve had emails telling me that my contract is ending but no options and if I try to ‘change contract’ on either the app or the website it just says ‘oops something’s gone wrong’ …

That’s disconcerting.

If it were me, I’d probably give them a call so they can look into the cause - and should certainly be able to switch tariffs for you too if needed.

It’s bizarre - it’ll come up with options for changing both gas and electric but not for electric on its own. I have spoken to them but they couldn’t give me prices over the phone and just sent me a link which had the same issue!
