What lies? Russia, exactly as Peskov said, hates the very word "war". It uses "a Special Military Operation" instead.
Russia NEVER attacked anyone. It liberated countries. It is though an unforgivable guilt of those other countries that they are against benevolent Russian work to liberate them.
