I assume this refers to the material cost of repairing damaged facilities because the resulting cost of interrupting or reducing production exports must be much higher, not including the impact on the front lines of fuel shortages.
the bigger impact surely, is the cost of lost exports. it is said that the oil pumping station exported 1.7m barrels oil per day. don't know if that is true, or whether the oil can be easily re-directed, but if not, that is a lot of money lost in exports.
Ukrainian drones struck oil and gas production facilities and natural resource storage sites at least 25 times in the last six months. In addition, dozens of Russian military facilities were damaged or completely destroyed during the same period.
The largest strike on an oil storage facility in terms of total damage occurred on October 2024 in temporarily occupied Feodosiia, where 11 tanks with a total volume of 69,000 m³ were destroyed. According to estimates, the maximum monetary damage could exceed 3.3 billion rubles ($37,5 million).
It is also noted that if the Astrakhan gas processing plant is in a complete shutdown state for 6 months - the time to repair gas condensate processing unit U-1.731, destroyed by the Ukrainian strike - the total damage would amount to 77.9 billion rubles ($863.4 million)

Maybe justified karma because Russians hate LGBTQ..
Or because you invaded a country and stole children…
Maybe one reason, maybe them all!
