But if talks should be 'continuance of Istanbul 2022' - it says a lot about his intentions.
I think Russians needs more time...
I also wonder if it’s a result of Chinese whispers in Moscow. It’s in everyone’s interest to end this. (Ok exceptions are IR of Iran and N Korea.)
