The #breadsky bake for today: Swedish beer bread! (Svenska vörtbröd) Made with reduced Guinness, powdered blood orange peel (I don't have bitter orange peel), black treacle (sorry, no brödsirap), cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and raisins. Brushed with butter for a nice soft crust.
