Not clear how this will fare; I'd bet it passes out of the Senate Public Health committee but quite a few budget hawks over there in the full Senate.

Furthermore, Sanders has been explicitly opposed to this policy, so it's possible she either vetoes or runs out the clock. Nevertheless: good start!
