Unfortunately today was another rough one. I'm really looking forward to getting a sleep test done so I can get a CPAP machine and actually get the rest I need to match the low energy diet I'm on. :(

My energy levels are really low. This diet adjustment has meant more nutrients but at the cost of pushing my body into keto which is sapping all my spare energy. I'm huffing a lot quicker during rides and even this one was rough to get through.
Today = 3 weeks of shifting my diet/starting exercise & despite having to miss a couple of days, when it comes to riding each day, my diet has been consistent and I'm hoping to keep going. Didn't use variable speed this time so data is slightly different.
Side note: By data is slightly different I mean that I rode for the full 5mins but 5.1km is probably not accurate, it's probably closer to 3.5km based on my speed/cadence
Quick side note, once I get paid this week I'll be getting a set of scales that will be able to actually read my weight and I'll be able to track that alongside my diet on MyFitnessPal.
