The filling was the NYT recipe with butternut squash we grew so it really contributed to feeling like a harvest celebration meal. Would recommend 10/10.
How lovely to have grown your own. I've never made a pumpkin/squash pie. I might give it a go as it certainly looks yummy on your photo.

Pastry feels like the ultimate challenge in gluten free baking. I spent more time than usual laminating and I think it helped. Take pictures if you do it!
