Not sure how others are dealing but here are a couple ways I am:
- got first mammogram (all good)
- got first eye exam (oops need glasses)
- signed up for organizing training
- upped donations to abolition, repro rights & democracy orgs
- gave myself permission to sometimes, as kids say, crash out
