Upset with the Copyright matters more than anything. Granted, I'm petty and if I was denied access to a name due to that...I'd call myself Adam Phoenix.

Sadly, I can't see better alternatives. Legal would be against Sexton Hardcastle. Edgeton Hardcastle sounds desperate. Maybe just a last name?
