As an Adult tm in Fandom you have basically seen everything, so most of what ppl call "drama" isn't even that big of a thing to you, it's usually ppl airing their dirty laundry publicly or young folk having no clue about social concepts/academics/younameit and landing face first in the mud. (+)

Either way I don't think age makes you immune to getting involved in petty shit and it's in parts our responsibility to make sure communities are based on active discussion, clear safety rules and a good heap of "not my circus, not my monkeys", especially bc fandoms tend to be full of kids now.
