Have you tried to play, or are you relying on system requirements listed on steam?
Back on launch, I played with an Intel i3 8350k and an Nvidia GTX 1050ti (which I still have). If it starts, you can use AMD FSR (maybe not frame generation but still) to help boost your frame rate to playable levels
ahhhh, been procrastinating helping my friend's character with the gigs, trying to map out what gigs i can do in what order that don't have any choices to make beyond "stealth or loud" and that end up intersecting with each other
I built my last computer just so I could play Cyberpunk 2077 at release, I'm now upgrading it and the first thing I will play is Cyberpunk 2077; on higher settings.
Funny story: the demo bugged for me and I had to spend 15 minutes unbugging it or I could not progress. So of course I bought it immediately when it was restored on PSN and then never played it.
Just another backlog entry, sitting in the corner while I'm farming Iron Banner for that sweet sidearm.
