So, I did the thing. At least trying it out for a bit, we'll see if I can be consistent, but I started a game of HARDCASE by @keftiu.bsky.social.

The plan isn't to show mechanics and such but maybe after each game I'll do a kind of review and discuss how it impacted what actually happened?
