But legally, the minister’s remark is enough to trigger an employment claim, judicial review, or both.
If the government has come to know of a person's gender recognition status as an employer or even as the government who issued the certificate and then outs that person with a directive to use a specific toilet, that would seem to be a violation.
And what seems worse is that they seem proud to be destroying trans people's lives.
He might want to tell the GC bigots that. They're desperate to look at other people's genitals.
