I believe as soon as these news outlets and YouTube channels begin promoting their BlueSky profile, the numbers will explode nearly overnight. At present no one I talk to IRL knows what BlueSky even is.

I think it'll just be from Twitter imploding at some point and people go "oh no where are we gonna go!" and then the extremists go to the extremist platforms and the center ends up somewhere mostly neutral (hopefully Bluesky at that point) if they know about it.
