Ummm I hate to burst everyone’s bubble but the Liberal fiscal costing plan makes the EXACT same assumption about revenues from tariffs.

There are many reasons why Carney’s costed plan is better but this ain’t it my dudes.

The difference is that the Liberal platform does not include this kind of revenue in their calculations about how to pay for the investment part of their plan. They clearly mark the revenue as an estimate, it will pay not for their plan.

The conservatives whole platform is based on this revenue (that is, may I remind you, an estimate) and the assumption that they can "DOGE" the hell out of public services. It is simply impossible to cut ALL consulting because a big chunk of it is vital for national security and infraestracture.
