I'm making my own thing here, not a rom hack, so I'd like to make some new elements and switch effects around. Gen 1 pokemon is more interesting even with just the accidental addition of bug super-effective vs poison. Thinking about "dinosaur" as an element because it's funny
This is why my own monster catching concept includes such elements as Wave (sound and air), Lovely (cute creatures, genereal magic and healing), Shifty (darkness, poison and amoral) and Blast (fire, explosions and light)
If you're ever thinking of collating this data into something lemme help I love to make a spreadsheet. More my speed if it's literally Pokemon but it would help me to move out of my element a little too
