If the current shit show isn’t stopped or at least reigned in, I see some states deciding to have the Federal taxes that are automatically deducted from paychecks diverted either to State coffers or to a special account and use that money in lieu of Federal support.

With the exception of Texas and Florida, most Red states receive more money from the Federal government than they pay in.

It just baffles me that so many people don’t look at the big picture. 🤷‍♀️

I think it’s fair to say a lot of Blue States have economic ties all over the world and it’s in the interest of other countries to work with those states.

The optics of countries like China and Mexico providing Americans with vaccines would be epically bad for the Trump Administration.

Technically Canada shares a border with an EU owned territory, Danish specifically, so it would make sense.
