We have a young guy that does this, he makes house calls. We paid him to set up our smart TV's. He also put a new battery in my phone. Worth every penny.

Omg that’s so hilarious. One of my dog walkers came in and sat down with my phone the other day and cleaned up a lot of shit and set me up on VPN and did a lot of security stuff. I was so grateful. My Millenial/Gen Z niece/nephew are in PA. They used to do this stuff.

It exists! There's a guy who does IT support for a lot of the elders in my mother's retirement facility. And someone set up a # elders can call and someone orders an Uber or Lyft for them so they don't have to use the app. (My clever kids do tech for my mother, and sometimes for me.)
