When we've been working on a game for a long time and a playtest makes us think we're not as close to done as we thought.
Just had one of those.

Though the opposite has happened where a game is to the point where I am happy with it mechanically but I donβt know what to do to it to make it better and appealing to publishers. βοΈπ²
