That's kind of how I feel. That I was able to scrape together sufficient motivation to do anything is a win.
Honestly, sitting on the couch surfing Bluesky is a totally valid way to spend a Sunday! I just hope your feed isn't nonstop bad news.

I mean, I do need to do stuff to get ready for the work week. Sadly, Sundays for me are generally work prep days since I work M-W

Until recently, that's how my Sundays have been as well. I still have a 10:00 AM work prep alarm on my phone.
