You don't need to follow everyone on BSKY to have quick access to their content.

This one has just you on it. Lists create a feed of everyone on that list so you can keep it separate from your following feed. You can also plug a list into another feed to add specific users to it.

Clarifying as I get a lot of DMs about it:

This feed is best if you want only OSRS content, following individual creators/people is helpful if you want to keep up with everything they're doing - OSRS or not. A list will achieve the same thing but will be kept separate from your following feed*.

You "show" everything you want to see, and you "like" the post of what you are (and you will automatically get the label on your profile). There can be a ~1 minute delay though, but usually its pretty quick!
