Those scripts went through so many drafts and revisions. It certainly could have been. Personally, I don’t remember hearing about that. But that doesn’t mean a whole lot.

Fun fact: writer Kasdan's son Jake has directed middling stuff, but his debut, The Zero Effect with Bill Pullman and Ben Stiller (and Ryan O'Neal!), is phenomenal. Not Star Wars, though 🙂

Wampas scared me so much when I was a kid playing Shadows of the Empire for the N64. They took a lot of firepower to go down and just kept walking towards you like Jason Vorhees 😭
