None of this is about "government efficiency". This is about oligarchs directing resources to themselves at the expense of powerless people. The in-crowd will get everything they want, and they will (like the pigs in Animal Farm) fatten themselves while rejoicing in the pain they are causing.

i havent ever been able to go to the doctor, and i just recently qualified for medicare. its heartbreaking that now it will be taken away from me. i dont even want to waste the time trying to find a primary care physician just for it to all go away when hes in office
