A lot of us haven’t had a decent vacation in years.
What is needed is healthcare reform, and universal healthcare is not reform. It's just doubling down on the current mistakes.
Not health care spending.
Health Insurance is not health care, the opposite in far too many instances.

I remember waiting 6 months to be seen as a new client in Florida.
Canada (and all the developed world except USA) has capacity problems, because it provides for everyone and struggles with costs.
USA has an affordability problem, favoring those with wealth, leaving the poor vulnerable.

French doc told me I was deathly anemic & found colon cancer…
4 surgeries later in France, was out of pocket less than $100 (only bcuz I asked for a single room).
The point: I would have died financially broke if I would have continued care in USA.
You'll be surprised.
For god's sake, it would be nice if liberals would put maybe 1% less focus on what conservatives want & 1% more on what the country needs.
Save social security and Medicare for the people that do.
One: it makes a rich person richer.
Two: It blows something up or creates something that blows something up.
So the only way any healthcare gets done in the US is by meeting criteria #1.
Still not quitting.
40% of health care spending goes to middle men.
When was the last time a drug cured a disease, instead of just suppressing the symptoms?
