Stop giving them your money. There's nothing that Amazon has that you desperately need. Disney is well over $100 a ticket, I dint know of any museum that charges that much.
I walked into the National Museum of American History in DC and my jaw dropped. Literally dropped. A guard saunters over, chuckling. I immediately ask how much are tickets.
My photo is from a museum on University of Chicago campus. Might be the best collection of ancient near Eastern art in the US. It's a "suggested donation" only and 1 small shop on your way our if interested.
That is a lot different than the News Museum in DC (now defunct). They charged $25. (It was for-profit, though)
I think National Museums may have a plexiglass container for donations. I always hoped it was used by the security/door people for a open bar BBQ for putting up with our shit.
And my friend, do those guys have to put up with shit. And not just our shit but shit from all over the globe. In the National Museum of Art I saw an old Asian woman scraping gold off of a painting with a nail file.
You all caught the part where the billionaires bought both parties, right? Right? And that it started 50 years ago, not last election, or even 10 years ago.
But you'll all just keep voting for the prepackaged party pick instead of getting off your asses and electing independents. $0.02

2) Set the dumpster on fire.
Problem solved.
"How much are tickets? Sir, you own all of this."
It was the perfect answer.

That provoked quite a response.
