Vouchers literally ONLY help the private schools (religious and corporate, mostly) to make more money. The schools almost always raise tuition by the exact amount as the voucher.

So it doesn’t even help the parents of those students, unless they’re shareholders in the school.

Vouchers are to segregate your schools, it's not "more choice". It will hurt the poor, underfunded schools. Voucher $$ will not cover an entire yr at a private school & family's w/ less $$ will not be able to afford it. What should be a fair, free education system, isn't when vouchers are in play.
