Less about politics, more about dismantling anything that could possibly create accountability over the money laundering scheme. Any evidence that highlights the illegal nature will be destroyed or discounted as “inaccurate”, “misleading”, “a good thing”, or “fake news”.

On the national level, the push is to get government out of the education business, to turn education into a commodity that each individual has to procure on their own. I expect that impulse will find expression in some states on a more local level.
