Thanks for sharing, Jim. The fragility of life indeed. I got my own version when diagnosed with breast cancer last year and understand the massive impact on mental health (l was a clinical psychologist here in South Shropshire for over 20 years!). Sending good wishes to you x

Let me know how you feel after reading it, if you do. My hubs has listened to it twice, and I'm the one with the heart issue. But I'm on my 2nd read too. If you'd rather watch, the documentary on the topic is "Forks Over Knives" and Doc Esselstyn is featured. More detail in the book though.
