Have you tried Knudsens test? Is the liquid dripping from your spinal needle (or epidural 😬) cerebrospinal fluid or saline? Spinal fluid will turn the yellow coloured chlorhexidine purple, saline does not! (Mileage may vary with different brands, test your stock with your next spinal.
