Blimey. Looks like pretty much ALL of my books have been pirated by LibGen - the place that’s been scraped by generative AI developers. (thanks @gregjenner.bsky.social):

'Blimey' in this day and age 😎
I tried a free ai generated music creation website the other day. It came up with some great material, but it's all off the back of good people who spent hours perfecting their music & art. Rebel now before it's too late!
I much prefer the real one, thankyouverymuchly!
Best way to read a book anyway.

And the Writers’ Guild GB is also hopefully on the case
I'd suggest some form of annual payment from the AI companies.

'The underlying purpose of AI is to allow wealth to access skill while removing from the skilled the ability to access wealth'.
"Write an essay called 'The Incredible Unlikeliness of Bullseye', about the ITV British game show called 'Bullseye', in the style of Professor Alice Roberts".
And it did just that.
You've been robbed.
I don't think they are naive. They are simply evil.
