Fusion core nonsense was new stuff with 4, they made power armor such massive tanks that they had to balance it. Not that it matters because if you roll high int you can just wear the armor 24/7.

Same sort of situation with the not-eating-not-sleeping ghoul thing in 76, I think. I like the way they made the power armor really feel very powerful, but I’ve never played a super-high-int build (I like my little freaks dumb and strong) so that’s interesting 🤔
76 is a whole other bag. Everyone needs PA of some kind for the nuke zones, and you can just take over a power station and print fusion cores. I had like 60 of them rattling around in my inventory.
See if I could sidestep the entire multiplayer aspect of 76 I think I’d be fine with that, but this is wobbling dangerously close to a survival crafting game and that’s not really what I want too much of in my Fallout experience.
