Ideal would be an even split imo. Who gets more and less time wouldn't be my decision. More of a dynamic thing where everybody gets opportunities and the people who make the most of them would continue to get more TV time going forward.

Star power is something that is made. I see your point to a certain degree, but there aren't 5 great men for every 1 great woman on AEW's roster. And it's also worth noting that the guy responsible for only booking 1 women's match for every 5 men's matches is also responsible for roster management.

My biggest gripe is Tony does make stars out of them but then let's his foot of the gas, and they fade back into obscurity. He always fails to capitalise on their momentum
Just look at how over people like Thunder Rosa and Jamie Hayter were.
