Khanna disagrees w/ Newsom on trans kids: "I was perplexed by the governor, because he supported a law in CA in 2013 that says trans kids do get to participate in sports ... is he saying we need to repeal it? I believe that law has worked in CA and I don't think there should be a federal ban."
