apparently there's nothing they can do, it's bc of their "automated pricing engine". Welp, I guess it's only a matter of time before i get that same response from a shitty "automated customer service engine".

I legit just got finished writing a strongly worded email to AA because when I landed Thursday morning, they'd left my bag in NC so they set up a delivery for later Thursday, I'm like, bro, I have no clothes for this con, so they proceeded to CANCEL said delivery, so I had to Uber to the airport 🤬
