$600 isn't bad for the 9070 XT but they're supposed to be mid-range, the 7800XT is meant to be the equivalent class and that was $550, but for some reason they're focused on the 7900 GRE at $650 when that was a weird outlier budget-high-end card

but at least there's /something/ worth buying now
