Gorgeous. His voice has that eminently sad timber to it. You can't fail to be drawn to it. I've got to give kudos to Tweedy for keeping his music in people's minds. From the movie to covering Fay with Wilco. Tweedy knows his shit.

He does. He's got a very deep knowledge of music. He's a fan first I think. I was deep in Wilco fandom late 90's early 00's. Hoovering up the bootlegs, stray recordings, the movie etc. That's when I first heard of Fay. I'm glad he had a late life renaissance.

I think you are right there. Mojo definitely did a lost classic on him at some point. American Drunkard before it went paywall was a great resource. That's where I came across Jim O'Sullivan, Relatively Clean Rivers and many obscure mixtapes.
