Rewatching Season 9B of SpongeBob and I really appreciate Jack Pendarvis' contributions to the show. His writing has great comedic timing and he seems to understand the characters very well, especially SpongeBob, Squidward, and Mr. Krabs. "Tutor Sauce" and "Bulletin Board" in particular are great.
