Lately I’m into ripe pu’er tea. Though it does have health benefits, due to statins and probiotic fermentation, I’m into the gourmet flavor, or should I say the flavor range … ideally the same leaves are steeped several times, yielding a somewhat different aroma each time.
Herbal ice tea is my favorite drink and one winter I decided I could actually keep drinking it through the winter! I use zinger teas. Been drinking it with covid this past week and mixing with juice to get vit c but less sugar.
