for me, super hans is one of the all-time great comedic characters. i watched an episode (or more) of peep show per night in 2020. about the only thing i enjoyed that year

Matt is an amazing actor. Streaming platforms like Amazon Prime let past shows and actors remain appreciated. I work a lot in mental health and don’t usually have time to invest in shows. My Amazon Prime membership has intrigued me to explore different ones. I hope entertainers know they’re valued

I agree. Not going to pretend I know Amazon’s interests though, I do appreciate having the pleasure of watching shows I missed the first time round. I use to work in film, with well meaning creators but also met a few snakes. It can be a dirty business. It’s almost impossible to remain unscathed.

The secret ingredient is acceptance! Do you know that Leonard Nimoy wrote two autobiographies? The first one was called " I Am Not Spock". The second one released 20 years later was called "I Am Spock". This seems to be the arc with iconic characters. Live long and prosper Matt (and Super Hans) 😊

Can I just take the opportunity, unrelated, but to recommend the drama 'Until I Kill You' which my wife and I watched over Christmas. Anna Maxwell Martin's portrayal of Delia Balmer was absolutely incredible! In fact the casting throughout was great, but she was outstanding. Highly recommended

There is something very rare in Peep Show, the casting is absolutely superb, and that is what puts it above other shows that "just" have great scripts. Look beyond Mark & Jez, all the supporting characters and castings are spot on. Hans, Big Suze, Dobbie, Johnson, Sophie, Jeff, April, Nancy & more
