This is what I haven't seen shouted across any headline: THE INFRASTRUCTURE DOES NOT EXIST HERE ANYMORE. It all moved overseas, and production spaces were repurposed for other goals. All of the equipment? Exported or scrapped. Manufacturers OF the equipment? Out of business or doing other things.
