I deliberately avoided listening to the news all this week and was avoiding scrolling for my mental health. But I checked stuff last night and again this morning and I am stressed ugh.

News you can do nothing about is just stress, and being stressed isn’t “resistance”
Can only impact what’s right in front of you
Resistance needs definition and a define course of action or you’re just beating yourself up
But it still sucks
