Wisconsin Democratic Gov. Tony Evers today wrote President Donald Trump a letter asking him to delay implementation of the freeze on federal grants and loans and to deliver “immediate guidance, information, and clarification” on the impact of the order.

He said people are “rightfully alarmed."
