I was blaming her until the Town Hall. Now I realize what a difficult spot she's in. She can make protest votes against every one of them, but thanks to the other Senators, they still get in. Then she's blacklisted and no one in the cabinet will work with her when she tries to advocate for Alaskans.

They were recently promoted to a supervisory role, which puts you back into a probationary status so if it doesn’t work out, you can go back to original job.

Murkowski mentioned that she had heard many other cases like this. They are using it as an excuse to exploit the probationary loophole that limits ability to appeal.
