this one also is gone again. 2 year post bac program from NINDs... we are in the middle of our funding period....got a NOA on jan 25 for this year but no clue what to do. heard nih could claw back funds.

The re-removal of diversity NOFOs isn’t a surprise. I am not sure why they were briefly restored, but the NIH didn’t plan to review any applications that might have come in during that window since they weren’t planning to continue these programs (ie, an inside decision, albeit with a forced hand).

I though brief restoration might be related to TRO in Doctors for America case, but since that TRO still seems to be in effect, I must be wrong...
